Nuclear Weapons Storage.

Nuclear weapons storage of 3653th mobile missile-technical base was in the so-called technical area, which was guarded separately. Despite this precautions, the area close to the storage, has its own fence made of barbed wire. The fenced area near the nuclear weapon storage was called the local area. From the storage bunker there was a special narrow railroad, which was used for transporting of nuclear warheads on special trolleys to the maintenance building from time to time.
